 CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

FITSTEPS - Ian Waite & Natalie Lowe from Strictly Come Dancing have created this unique dance fitness class. They have taken the very best of Ballroom & Latin, mixed it with the latest proven ways to get fit FAST to give you a fun fabulous experience. No partner or dance experience is needed.
 
 EASE INTO FITNESS - A gentle class designed for complete beginners, incorporating aerobic exercise and body conditioning. If you think you are too unfit, old or overweight to exercise, then this is the class for you!
 
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS - A fatburning section followed by a series of exercises to concentrate on those problem areas! Alternatives will be given for everyone.
 
FITNESS HOOPING - A fun, fat burning workout to target the abdominal area. Large, weighted hoops will be used (which makes it much easier to keep up). Even if you have never been able to hoop before - come & have a go - you may surprise yourself! Please contact me beforehand if you wish to hire a hoop.
 

CLUBBERCISE  - A class that feels more like a night out than a workout. Easy to follow routines using glow sticks in a darkened room with disco lights to club tunes from the 90's to today. 

 

 

For all classes, please wear comfortable clothes & trainers.
