Different packages are available for those who would like to attend several classes a week.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 
EASE INTO FITNESS - A gentle class designed for complete beginners, incorporating aerobics exercise and body conditioning. If you think you are too unfit, old or overweight to exercise, then this is the class for you!
 
 
ZUMBA - A total workout combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
 

For all classes, please wear comfortable clothes and trainers, with the exception of Pilates which should be done in socks or bare feet. Please bring your own mat to Pilates.

Remember to bring a drink with you!
