FITSTEPS - Ian Waite & Natalie Lowe from Strictly Come Dancing have created this unique dance fitness class. They have taken the very best of Ballroom & Latin, mixed it with the latest proven ways to get fit FAST to give you a fun fabulous experience. No partner or experience is needed.
FITSTEPS FAB - Fitsteps FAB (for all bodies) is a low impact version with easier to follow steps This also incorporates other dance styles such as disco. jazz. Bhangra.
EASE INTO FITNESS - A gentle class designed for complete beginners, incorporating aerobics exercise and body conditioning. If you think you are too unfit, old or overweight to exercise, then this is the class for you!
LEGS, BUMS & TUMS - A fat burning section followed by a series of exercises to concentrate on those problem areas! Alternatives will be given for all levels.
CLUBBERCISE - A class that feels more like a night out than a workout! Easy to follow routines using glow sticks in a darkened room with disco lights to club tunes from the 90s to today.
DANCE FITNESS - Dance yourself fit with these easy to follow routines, A variety of dance styles will be used including Broadway, Bollywood, salsa, street dance, swing, disco, jive and dances from around the world. No dance experience is necessary.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING - A great workout for the whole body which may include cardio, strength training, HIIT, combat style exercises. Alternatives will be given for all levels.
AEROBICS & TONING - A cardiovascular workout followed by conditioning exercises to strengthen and tone the whole body. Alternatives will be given to suit all levels.

For all classes, please wear comfortable clothes and trainers, with the exception of Pilates which should be done in socks or bare feet.

Remember to bring a drink with you!
