Different packages are available for those who would like to attend several classes a week.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
For all classes, please wear comfortable clothes and trainers, with the exception of Pilates which should be done in socks or bare feet. Please bring your own mat to Aerobics & Toning, Legs Bums & Tums and Pilates. Remember to bring a drink with you!
